The Pala Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd.No.4214 was incorporated on 23rd March 1958 under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act with the main objective of improving the economic and social status of the farmers.

Situated on the banks of the Meenachil River, by the side of Ettumanoor- Pala State Highway, INDIAR Block Rubber Factory is the largest processor of Block rubber in the Co-operative sector. The factory started its commercial production on 16th March 1974.

The first ever modern self service department store in Kerala, aspiring after world standards. Spread over an area of 4000 sq. feet, fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated, displaying more than ten thousand different products.
